How to join

Our certification scheme is open to all applicants so don’t hesitate to complete our online application form to request an individual quote tailored to you.

Our Certification Process

A quotation will be generated and submitted based on the information provided. To advance with certification, we will need you to return your signed quotation to us along with a deposit. 

Once the signed quotation form and deposit have been received you will be asked to complete and return the appropriate certification agreement form which can be located on our downloads page. 

Once we have received the completed Certification Agreement Form, an inspector will be allocated and a date and time for an audit will be confirmed.  If you require an audit at short notice our staff will make every effort to help.

Our audits are carried out by fully qualified, approved inspectors who have an in-depth knowledge of organic certification.  The inspector will submit a report to us which will be assessed by our friendly certification team who will help you to clear any issues that may have been raised.

Once your report has been signed off and the balance of your payment has been received, all that is left is to issue your Organic Certificate of Conformity which will allow you operate for a full 12 months. 

This is an annual process and each year you will be re-audited to ensure you are keeping up with the organic standards in order to continue operating.
